Trainer-C Volleyball "Popular Sports Profile Children/Youth"
In the training to become a C-coach for the popular sport of volleyball, all the important basic practical training knowledge is first taught in a basic training week. The technical principles for solving the basic situations serve/acceptance, pass/attack and block/field defence are explained, taught and trained in a practical way.
Through frequent independent instruction of exercises, the participants gain important experience in their role as trainers. Furthermore, the methodical principles of technical training, the optimal structure and execution of a training unit, as well as the role of the trainer are worked out in detail.
In the second week of the training, the training with children and young people will be dealt with more specifically. Among other things, focal points such as
- The coordination training with and without ball
- Motion analysis and error correction
- Exercise games
- playful form of strengthening and mobility training
- Developing forms of exercise, trying out game forms and series
- Basics of tactics (from 1:1 to 4:4)
will be covered in detail and in a practical way, so that the participants receive a comprehensive preparation for working with children and young people in clubs.
During the final and examination weekend the participants carry out part of their self-planned training unit with the examination group. In the following discussion with the instructors, it will be reflected whether all important contents and characteristics have been internalized in order to obtain the licence C-coaches for the popular sport volleyball.
