Trainer-C Rowing
The Trainer-C Competitive Sports Licence is the first licence level in the German Rowing Federation. The training teaches the basics from interdisciplinary and specialist subject areas. The rowing movement and its teaching have their place just as much as, for example, the structure of a sports and exercise lesson, the planning and implementation of a hiking trip, the basics of training planning, environmental and safety behaviour on the water and the code of honour for trainers. In addition to technical competence, social competence is an important part of the training. The DRV's team of instructors and lecturers provides qualified speakers to teach the topics.
This cohesive course is ideal for an intensive examination of the basics of rowing and the daily life of a trainer. In addition to the scheduled learning units, there is time to get to know each other, exchange experiences and do sports together. During the two weeks of the course we will carry out methodical and practical learning success controls.
Requirements:
- Membership in a rowing club
- current first aid certificate (not older than 2 years)
- Possible previous experience in rowing (but not mandatory)
