Trainer-C Table Tennis
The training as Trainer-C in popular sports represents the entry into the licensed trainer activity in the DTTB area. The activity of the trainer C mainly refers to the area of the basis in the orientation mass sports and competition sports and includes the member recruitment, promotion and retention. This training course is intended to qualify for the supervision of specific target groups of all age groups in sports clubs, whereby the training with children and young people is the main focus.
Basic introduction to training e.g. work with beginners, rules, punching techniques, small games, ball bucket, legal basics etc. In addition to the table tennis specific topics such as punching techniques, material science and tactics, there is a further focus on cross-sports topics such as fitness training, sports medicine and coordination training. Training planning, in which the organisation and sequence of individual training units are tested, is a further course content. Furthermore, it deals with the tasks of a prudent coach and the supervision of players during competitions.
